Processing Time

Orders may take approximately 2–5 business days to process before shipment. Processing includes order verification, packaging, inventory confirmation, and fulfillment preparation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delays & Tracking

Delays caused by carriers, warehouses, weather, or platform systems are outside of Royal Merchantella's direct control. Tracking updates are provided through the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier.

Reseller Responsibilities

Authorized sellers must represent the brand professionally, use accurate product descriptions, avoid misleading advertising, communicate with their customers properly, and follow all pricing policies.

Unauthorized Resale

Unauthorized resale of Royal Merchantella products may result in removal of selling authorization, legal action when necessary, and brand protection enforcement.

MAP Policy Overview

Authorized resellers may not advertise products below the approved Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). This policy helps maintain fair competition, protect brand integrity, and prevent misleading pricing practices.

MAP Violations

Royal Merchantella reserves the right to revoke reseller privileges, restrict future purchases, and take corrective action for MAP violations.

Governing Law

These policies shall be governed under the laws of the State of Texas.

Step 1 — Contact Us First

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days.

Step 2 — Pack It Up

Place the item back in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Make sure it is unused and in the same condition you received it. Include a note with your order number inside the box.

Step 3 — Ship It Back

We will send you a return shipping label by email. For defective or wrong items, return shipping is FREE. For change-of-mind returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Step 4 — Get Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we will process your refund or ship your exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Eligible Items

Items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Items returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items (photos required). Wrong item sent to you. Unopened beauty & wellness products.

Ineligible Items

Opened or used beauty, skincare, or wellness products. Items returned after 30 days of delivery. Items without original packaging or tags. Final sale or clearance items. Gift cards.

Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through Amazon or another marketplace are subject to that platform's return and refund policies.

Reseller Claims

Resellers and dropshipping partners must submit return or replacement claims within 15 days of the customer's delivery date.

We are verifying, packing, and preparing your items for shipment.

Shipped

Your order is on its way. A tracking number is sent to your email.

Delivered

Your order has arrived at your delivery address.

Where to Find It

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. It usually starts with letters like 1Z (UPS), 9400 (USPS), or 7489 (FedEx).

Tracking Not Updating

It can take up to 24–48 hours after your shipping email for the carrier to update their system. Please check back the next business day.

Shows Delivered But Not Received

Check around your door, with neighbors, or your building's mail room. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation.

Stuck in Transit

If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.

Amazon Orders

Log into your Amazon account and go to "Your Orders." Amazon FBA orders are tracked directly through Amazon's system.

How do I place an order?

Yes! Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $5.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Canada & Mexico: $19.99 (7–14 business days). Worldwide: $29.99 (10–21 business days). Customers are responsible for customs duties.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
