Common Tracking Questions

When will I get my tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

My tracking number is not working yet.

It can take up to 24–48 hours after you receive your shipping email for the carrier to update their system. Please check back the next business day.

My tracking says "delivered" but I did not receive it.

First check around your door, with neighbors, or your building's mail room. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation.

I ordered through Amazon — where do I track it?

Log into your Amazon account and go to "Your Orders." Amazon FBA orders are tracked directly through Amazon's system.

My order is stuck in transit. What do I do?

Occasionally packages experience carrier delays. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
