Shipping & Brand Policy

This policy is beginner-friendly, customer-friendly, and reseller-friendly — written in plain language so everyone understands exactly how we operate.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time
Orders may take approximately 2–5 business days to process before shipment. Processing includes order verification, packaging, inventory confirmation, and fulfillment preparation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive tracking information when available. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the carrier or fulfillment center.
2. Amazon FBA & Third-Party Fulfillment
Fulfillment Channels
Some Royal Merchantella products may be fulfilled through Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), third-party warehouses, or shipping partners. Because these companies handle storage and shipping, delivery timelines may vary.
Delays & Tracking
Delays caused by carriers, warehouses, weather, or platform systems are outside of Royal Merchantella's direct control. Tracking updates are provided through the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier.
3. Authorized Resellers & Dropshipping Sellers
Reseller Responsibilities
Royal Merchantella allows approved resellers and dropshipping partners to sell select products. Authorized sellers must represent the brand professionally, use accurate product descriptions, avoid misleading advertising, communicate with their customers properly, and follow all pricing policies.
Unauthorized Resale
Unauthorized resale of Royal Merchantella products may result in removal of selling authorization, legal action when necessary, and brand protection enforcement.
4. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
MAP Policy Overview
To protect the value and reputation of our brand, authorized resellers may not advertise products below the approved Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). This policy helps maintain fair competition, protect brand integrity, and prevent misleading pricing practices.
MAP Violations
Royal Merchantella reserves the right to revoke reseller privileges, restrict future purchases, and take corrective action for MAP violations.
5. Returns & Refunds
Marketplace Orders
Orders placed through marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or other selling platforms are subject to that platform's return and refund policies. Customers should review the return policy directly on the platform where the order was placed.
30-Day Return Window (Direct Orders)
For orders placed directly through Royal Merchantella, customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Dropshipping & Reseller Claims
For reseller or dropshipping-related issues, claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Claims submitted after the allowed timeframe may not qualify for replacement or refund review.
6. Product Authenticity & Brand Protection
Anti-Counterfeit Policy
Royal Merchantella is committed to providing authentic products and protecting customers from counterfeit or unauthorized goods. We do not authorize fake products, counterfeit merchandise, or unauthorized use of our brand name, logos, or product images.
Reporting Counterfeit Sellers
If you believe you purchased a counterfeit item or found a fake seller, please contact our support team with photos, order information, seller details, and screenshots if available. We actively monitor and investigate brand misuse when reported.
7. Third-Party Liability Disclaimer
Limitations of Liability
Royal Merchantella is not responsible for delays, damages, or fulfillment errors caused by shipping carriers, third-party warehouses, Amazon FBA, external fulfillment providers, or marketplace platform disruptions. While we strive to assist customers whenever possible, certain shipping and fulfillment processes are controlled by third-party providers.
8. Wholesale & Vendor Shipping Policy
Vendor Inbound Shipments
Vendors and distribution partners are responsible for shipping products to our warehouse in proper condition, correctly labeled with valid UPCs, and within the agreed delivery window. All inbound shipments must include a packing slip and an advance shipping notice (ASN) sent to our warehouse team prior to arrival.
Pallet & Bulk Shipment Standards
Pallet shipments must be shrink-wrapped, floor-ready, and clearly labeled with vendor name, SKU, and quantity per pallet. Products must be stacked securely to prevent damage in transit. Royal Merchantella reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not meet these standards.
Wholesale Order Fulfillment
Wholesale orders placed by approved retail or reseller partners are processed within 2–5 business days. Large volume or pallet orders may require additional lead time. Wholesale partners will receive tracking information and an order confirmation once the shipment is dispatched from our facility.
Freight & Shipping Costs (Wholesale)
Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. Free freight thresholds may apply for qualifying orders — contact our sales team at [email protected] for current freight terms and volume discount schedules.
9. Policy Updates & Governing Law
Policy Updates
Royal Merchantella reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without prior notice. By purchasing from or working with Royal Merchantella, customers and resellers agree to these terms and policies.
Governing Law
These policies shall be governed under the laws of the State of Alabama.
